General:

Provide smallest
possible, lightweight, and detachable device that converts any
conventional whiteboard into an electronic or interactive marker board.
Device must attach to whiteboard with exchangeable brackets and to a
computer via a native USB cable. The device must come complete with pen
sleeves, cables, markers, batteries, software and all accessories
necessary for complete installation.
