Rockville Partitions are ideal for public and private construction where a cost effective installation must allow for high traffic and provide a long life expectancy with minimal maintenance. They are engineered for years of trouble free service and they will not shrink, expand, rust or delaminate. Rockville Partitions are virtually immune to vandalism, constant traffic, and humidity. They resist graffiti, and they clean with ordinary household cleaners. Polyrock HDPE solid plastic doors, pilasters and panels are produced from extruded High Density Polymer resin (Polyethylene), 1" thick boards. Rockville solid Phenolic core toilet compartment ¾" door, ¾" pilasters (1" optional), and ½" panels (3/4" optional) are produced from melamine impregnated decorative surface papers fused over a varying number of Kraft Phenolic core sheets to achieve the desired thickness at pressure exceeding 1000 psi and temperature approaching 300°F.
